We use a software called Gingr to help us keep all our paws organized. While it works great for the back of house, its's not always customer friendly. If you have any technical difficulties - reach out to us and we can help!

You and your pup will need a Gingr account, updated vaccination records, and a signed Participation and Liability Waiver. Your pup will also have to complete a day of daycare with us at least 24 hours prior to boarding.  

We want to make sure that your dog is comfortable here and get to know them a bit! Our priority is to ensure your pet gels with the pack and any special needs can be met before committing to taking them overnight. 

We require all of our new and current pups-friends to have up-to-date rabies and DHPP vaccinations, Bordetella, and canine influenza protection.  

We also require all pets to be on a flea and tick prevention program, oral or topical.

Written proof of vaccination is required before socializing with other dogs, but don't worry we can reach out to your vet for you!

We do not have any breed restrictions, but we must be able to safely handle the dog, predict certain behaviors, and socialize them with other pups. We are happy to help pups with limited socialization, like puppies and new adoptees, but we do not take non-social dogs or advanced escape artists. 

We advocate for our pack - for this reason, dogs with a history of negative interactions with other dogs are not welcome at our facility. Daycare wouldn't be fun for them and well, it would make our job super difficult. 

School is not for everyone! 

Please be aware that we maintain the right to refuse services to any current or potential client.

You can schedule a "look-see" through our viewing windows, but we do not allow unauthorized personnel in the communal dog area and in-person tours are not given due to insurance restraints and safety. Our facility is such that the dogs can get to the staff and the staff can get to the dogs easily... that means the dogs are everywhere. We limit our drop-off and pick up hours because (just like when you have a visitor at home) it disturbs our pups! 

When you leave your pup to stay with us, we are providing a bespoke experience. You wouldn't want strangers parading past your pup while they are trying to sunbathe by the pool - so please... be respectful of our tour policy and check out our videos, photos and more on instagram @namastay_dogdaycare

Drive down the driveway of 3970 Orcutt Rd and find us on the left (purple buildings). Park in front of the office or barn (5 min parking). 

Daycare: When you book a reservation, please enter the requested drop-off and pick-up times. You can still pick up your dog whenever! 

Bring your pup between 7:30 - 10:00 am and pick up between 4:00 - 6:00 pm for daycare. Either someone will greet you or we are with the dogs and there is a desk bell to ring for a staff member. A human will come out the gate, greet your pup, and take them into daycare - See you on the flip side pawrent! Same thing at pick-up, except the dog comes to you! 

A card on file and email receipt is how most clients roll, but we also take cash and other forms of payment.

Overnight reservation: Bring or pick up your pup between 8 am - 5 pm daily. Send a text message to confirm drop-off or pick up (805) 316 - 1334. See our "Fees" section on the pricing page for more details on late check-out.

No cancellation policy...yet!

We are able to provide an all inclusive experience for your pup with bedding, personal brand food, house food, bowls, slow feeders, toys, and more! 

However, we encourage owners to pack their pup with....

1. An item that smells like home (blanket, t-shirt, etc.)

2. Your pup's food (portioned or un-portioned, supplements and medications welcome!)

3. Optional: A toy that you feel comfortable with your pup having unsupervised.
